Sophie Alder is a dance artist who teaches, choreographs and performs. She has worked for Northern Ballet since 2005 and delivered a wide range of dance in education, community and choreographic projects in the UK and internationally, working with under 3s to over 55s, complete beginners to professional dancers. Sophie became a certified SRT teacher in 2012 and has an MSc in Dance Science and Education from the University of Edinburgh. She is also a committee member of the Skinner Releasing Network.
