Because of Brexit and other stupidity, we strongly recommend that EU residents buy any book in ebook format. If you want to order a printed book for delivery to a country in the EU, it may well be cheaper and easier to order it from a good bookseller or from amazon.
Ebooks are delivered by us without shipping costs and customs/import duties. (At checkout, be sure to select 'No postage on ebooks'.)
If you order a printed book from us, we pre-pay VAT. This is confirmed by the 'IOSS' icon. If your postal administration tries to charge you VAT, tell them that it has already been paid via our IOSS account. If necessary we can send confirmation of this - just ask us at: [email protected]
We also pre-pay (from July 2026) the fixed €3 customs charge. HOWEVER, you may still be charged additional import/customs duty by your tax/customs authorities. We cannot predict or pay this duty for you.

Post has been significantly delayed recently and often takes 2-4 days in the UK and 20-40 days to the rest of the world. Tracking is not available on airmail post.
Books sent by courier should arrive in 3-8 days. Tracking is available on all courier shipments.
If postage costs are prohibitive, please consider ordering the pdf or ePub version (available on almost all our titles) or ask your local bookseller to order it or order from an online book supplier in your country/region.
