Almost all our books are available as bookmarked PDFs. To order a bookmarked pdfs please contact your usual library ebook supplier or email us.
A site licence is available for institutional buyers of any book in pdf format subject to the following terms and conditions. When you pay for a site licence you are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions:

1. On receipt of payment, a single book marked pdf will be supplied to the nominated representative of the purchasing institution.
2. The pdf will be watermarked to identify the institutional owner. Please do not remove this watermark.
3. A replacement copy can be requested free of charge at any time.
4. The pdf file may be distributed to employees of, or students at, the nominated organisation only.
5. The term of this licence is indefinite.
6. There can be no control over the circulation and distribution of pdf files. Such arrangements are based on trust. We ask that licence holders take due care not to circulate or distribute the file to other individuals or organisations in any way that will undercut sales of the book or breach the ownership and copyright of the author and publisher.
