AUTHORS: Michael Dick
Michael Dick is an Amerta Movement Practitioner who has studied continuously with Suprapto Suryodarmo since 1988.
He has taught ‘BeWegen’ since 1995 and co-founded the ‘School of/for Movement’ in Cologne, Germany in 2012. He has spent 35 years as an actor, director and performance artist, co-founding ‘Healing Theatre Cologne’ (1988-2003), winning awards for his stagings of Kafka’s ‘The Castle’ and ‘A little woman’. Today he is a member of ‘PAErsche Aktionslabor NRW’ for performance art. Teaching drama over a period of 12 years, he developed ‘an elementary teaching and practice for performing arts’.
