Dr Konstantinos Thomaidis recently completed his thesis on the physicality of the voice in codified trainings at the University of London. He has worked as a performer, director and movement director in Greece, Poland, the US and the UK.
He has taught extensively at Royal Holloway and the University of Winchester, as well as the CSSD and the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. He is the Head of Movement of Opera in Space and an Associate Artist of EVDC-UK.
His peer-reviewed publications have appeared in Theatre, Dance and Performance Training Journal (Routledge) and Platform, and he is currently writing for The Performativity of Song and Dance (Oxford University Press) and Studies in Musical Theatre.
