Jodi Blackburn-Roehl
Jodi Blackburn-Roehl has been Releasing since 1968. She was one of the original developers of the Young Children’s Releasing Pedagogy in 1973-4. She also developed classes for Pregnant Women, Parents and Infants, and Parents and Toddlers based on her personal experiences with her own family. She has taught a wide range of children in a myriad circumstances: all boys’ classes, students with special needs, in daycares and preschools, in classrooms, and in studios. She choreographed for a group of children who performed in Seattle. She has also trained numerous children’s dance teachers.
