Lisa Pearson first met Satish Kumar whilst a sustainable horticulture apprentice at Schumacher College and participated in the Resurgence 50 pilgrimage in 2016. Lisa is a Social and Therapeutic Horticultural Practitioner, working for a charity in the UK for people’s health and wellbeing.

Lisa has facilitated workshops with a creative arts-in-prisons project and voluntarily mentored young people in custody. The completion of the MSc (Sustainable Food and Natural Resources) continued Lisa’s research interest in agroecology, the bond to nature and wellbeing.
