Zombie

In George Romero’s Dawn of the Dead, the zombies turn a shopping mall into a historic site.

Francine: What are they doing? Why do they come here?
Stephen: Some kind of instinct. Memory, of what they used to do. This was an important place in their lives.

Next time you go to the mall or supermarket, visit it as if it were an enormous museum artefact from a post-apocalyptic civilisation.
