Duncan Hooson has over 25 years experience teaching INSET/CPD and working as artist-in-residence in schools, colleges, museums, galleries, hospitals and hospices. He is a confident speaker, lecturer, able to engage diverse audiences and participants.
As Head of Ceramics at Morley College, an adult education college, and as Associate Lecturer on the BA Honours degree in Ceramic Design at Central Saint Martins, he values the importance of life long learning.
He has been the recipient of a number of awards for his work in education including the National Award for Art in Schools and the London 2012 INSPIRE mark. He is an effective and lively communicator on the radio, press interviews and television.
