The Voice in Your Hands This voice Contains the air we breathe, your hearing and your singing Contains your heart sensing life, pulsating under your hands In Resonance Looking at their body the sun is seen shining through their pelvis. The river is heard flowing in their chest, the air softly blowing on their skin. I smell the roses they have been growing and sense their mother waving her last good-bye (both poems from ‘Poetry from Movement’ by Daniela Coronelli - Saffron Lotus Publishing Ltd - 2014) |
