Refunds and Returns
For digital products:
Triarchy Press does not accept returns for digital products. If you have a problem with your ebook download, please contact us: [email protected]
For physical products:
If you are not entirely happy with your book, please contact us to discuss the problem: [email protected]
In almost every case, we can resolve the problem.
However, you have the right to cancel your order and return it with thirty (30) calendar days of the book being received by you. After receipt of your product in resaleable condition, we will refund you the full purchase price of the book using your original payment method. We do not undertake to refund the cost of returning the book to us by post.
Non-delivery
In cases where your book is returned to us for any of the following reasons – incomplete address, unclaimed, uncollected, returned to sender, or similar – we will contact you to resolve the problem. We reserve the right to charge you for additional postage costs.
